The owner of the Kingiideed online store (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store) is Vitasensations OÜ (registration code 14525781), located at Võru 16, Tallinn, Harju County.
1. The terms of sale apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Store
This online store sells gifts, henceforth gifts with delivery in Tallinn and Harju County. The buyer is a person located anywhere in the world who wants to send a gift/congratulation to another person who lives in Tallinn or Harju County. The recipient of the goods is the person to whom the gift/congratulation is sent.
The prices of the goods sold in the online store are listed next to the goods. The price does not include a fee for delivery in Tallinn, but a fee for delivery to other regions of Harju County is added. The prices of all goods sold in the online store are indicated in euros.
The delivery price depends on the buyer's location. The delivery price is displayed to the buyer when placing the order - in case of delivery outside Tallinn, the price is fixed and equals 7 euros.
Information about the product is provided in the Webshop directly next to the product.
2. Forming the order and payment
Here, the merchant has to rely on the solution for making a purchase in his online store.
To order goods, you must add the desired products to the shopping cart. To complete the order, you must fill in the required data fields, namely the buyer's contact details, phone and recipient's address (if the buyer only knows the recipient's phone number, delivery of the goods is also possible by calling the addressee and specifying the place where the shoes will be delivered) and select a suitable date and time for delivery of the goods, as well as your wishes/ congratulations on the postcard and comments on the order.
Delete those payment methods that are not used by the online store and, if necessary, add them if there are other payment solutions in use.

Payments are mediated by Maksekeskus AS. Payment is made outside the Webshop in a secure environment - when paying with a bank link, in the secure environment of the respective bank, and in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS when paying with a credit card. The seller does not have access to the customer's bank and credit card data. The contract enters into force from the receipt of the amount to be paid to the online store's current account.
The owner of the online store is the responsible processor of personal data and forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.
If it is not possible to deliver the ordered goods due to the end of the goods or for some other reason, the buyer will be informed of this as soon as possible and the money paid (including the costs of delivering the goods) will be returned immediately, but no later than within 14 days of sending the notice.
3. Delivery
The goods are delivered in Tallinn and Harjumaa, but they can be ordered from anywhere in the world. The delivery of the goods is handled by the company's representative, and in rare cases also by courier companies.
In order to receive the goods, it is necessary to indicate either the telephone number of the recipient of the goods or both his address and telephone number, the time and date of delivery, but not less than 12 hours from the moment of purchase.
Delivery costs are borne by the seller, unless the delivery takes place outside of Tallinn, and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method.
Deliveries within Tallinn usually arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 1 working day from the entry into force of the sales contract or on the day specified in the order. Deliveries outside Estonia are temporarily not organized.
If for some reason the seller cannot deliver the goods at the time specified by the customer, the goods can be delivered at another suitable time by mutual agreement of the parties or the order can be canceled with a full refund to the customer.
4. Right of withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-shop within 14 days.
NB! Depending on the products, the buyer may not have the right of withdrawal, in this case, the corresponding products and services must be listed and they must meet the conditions listed in Section 53(4) of the Law of Obligations Act.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
In order to use the 14-day return right, the ordered goods must not be used in any other way than is necessary to make sure of the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods in a way that is allowed to test the goods in a physical store.
If the goods have been used for purposes other than what is necessary to verify the nature, properties and functioning of the goods, or if they show signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable fee according to the decrease in the value of the goods.
In order to return the goods, an application must be submitted to the e-mail address info@kingiideed.com within 14 days of receiving the goods at the latest.
It is a good practice to offer free returns to our customers, which increases reliability and thereby also sales. Therefore, the following paragraph is for the Merchant, who cannot offer a free return.
The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer, unless the reason for the return lies in the fact that the product to be returned does not correspond to the one ordered (e.g. a wrong or defective product).
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days following the submission of the application or provide proof that he has handed over the goods to the carrier of the goods within the aforementioned period.
Upon receipt of the returned goods, the online store will immediately return to the buyer, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal, all fees received from the buyer under the contract.
The online store may refuse to issue refunds until it has received the item that is the subject of the contract or until the buyer has provided evidence that it has returned the item, whichever occurs first.
If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest usual delivery method offered by the Webshop, the Webshop does not have to return the cost to the consumer that exceeds the cost associated with the usual delivery method.
The online store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods in the online store is marked significantly below the market price of the goods due to an error. According to the Consumer Protection Act of the Republic of Estonia (26.04.2012, no.1-1/12-019), the warranty and return rights do not extend to perishable goods, which include flowers.
5. The right to file a claim
The online store is responsible for the non-compliance of the goods sold to the buyer with the contract conditions or a defect that already existed at the time of handing over the item and that appears within two years from the handing over of the goods to the buyer. within the first six months from the delivery of the item to the buyer, it is assumed that the defect was already present at the time of delivery of the item. It is the Webshop's responsibility to refute the corresponding assumption.
In the event of a defect, the buyer has the right to contact the online store within two months at the latest by sending an e-mail to info@kingiideed.com or by calling +37256798086.
The online store is not responsible for defects that have occurred after the goods have been handed over to the buyer.
If the goods purchased from the online store have damage for which the online store is responsible, the online store will replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be replaced or cannot be replaced, the online store will reimburse the buyer for all costs related to the sales contract.
The online store responds to the consumer's complaint in writing or in a form that enables written reproduction within 15 days.
6. Direct marketing and personal data processing
The online store uses the personal data entered by the buyer only to process the order and send the goods to the buyer. The online store transmits personal data to companies providing transport services in order to deliver goods.
The online store sends the buyer newsletters and offers to the buyer's e-mail address only if the buyer has expressed his desire to do so by entering an e-mail address on the website and has indicated his wish to receive direct mail notifications.
The buyer can opt out of offers and newsletters sent to e-mail at any time by notifying us by e-mail or by following the instructions in the e-mail containing the offers.
7. Dispute Resolution

If the buyer and the Webshop cannot resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer can appeal to the Consumer Disputes Committee. You can familiarize yourself with the procedural conditions and submit an application here. The competence of the Consumer Disputes Committee is to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the buyer and the Online Store. Review of the buyer's complaint by the commission is free of charge.
